Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age we specify for the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Services

TrueLove offers digital experiences that may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content, companions or characters, messaging, and related features. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services are not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, legal, or therapeutic advice). Do not rely on outputs from the Services for decisions that could affect your health, safety, or legal rights.

Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@truelove.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party rights; (b) harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; (c) generate, solicit, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative (especially involving minors), hateful, or that promotes violence or self-harm; (d) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or bypass security; (e) scrape, crawl, or excessively automate access except as allowed by robots.txt or our express permission; (f) reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying models or non-public APIs except where prohibited by law; (g) resell or redistribute the Services without authorization; (h) use the Services to build a competing product using our proprietary materials.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the Services or other users.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the license below. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

To operate and improve the Services, you grant TrueLove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (such as formatting or transcoding), display, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing and improving the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, logos, designs, and documentation, are owned by TrueLove or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Fees

Some features may be free; others may require payment. If we offer paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and refund rules will be presented at purchase. Taxes may apply where required.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs from the Services.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUELOVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueLove and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Services (with reasonable notice where practicable). Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory laws of your place of residence. Courts in Delaware (or another forum we designate in writing) will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any right you may have under mandatory local law to bring claims in your home courts.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TrueLove regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
